RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute the creative vision for The Word Church, ensuring all content aligns with our mission and strategic goals.
- Oversee all aspects of branding, graphic design, video production, social media, stage design, and digital marketing.
- Develop engaging and innovative content for sermon series, events, and outreach campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, videographers, writers, and digital strategists to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Collaborate with ministry leaders to align creative efforts with church initiatives and engagement strategies.
- Direct the execution of video storytelling, including sermon openers, testimonials, and promotional pieces.
- Enhance the digital and in-person worship experience through immersive design, motion graphics, and live production elements.
- Oversee content strategy and execution across The Word Church’s website, social media platforms, and digital presence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Stay ahead of creative trends, technology, and media innovations to keep The Word Church at the forefront of church communications.
MUST-HAVES
- Active involvement in a church and alignment with The Word Church’s mission.
- Passion for creative storytelling, branding, and digital media in a ministry context.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in leading creative professionals.
- Deep understanding of content creation, digital engagement, and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate vision into compelling creative direction.
