Working 100% remotely, we're searching for full-desk recruiters with agency experience who are humble and coachable. Our Search Firm has developed a stellar recruiting model for experienced recruiting professionals. Suppose you are currently with a search firm (National, Regional, or Boutique) and want more unconventionality, greater flexibility, and a more attractive payout while still having the resources to succeed.

Our average placement fee is $30,000, and our commission plan starts at 65%.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sr. Executive Search Consultant at The Work In Me, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top accounting, finance, and engineering talent for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and leverage your expertise in executive search methodologies to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their organizational culture, business objectives, and talent requirements.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Identification : Proactively identify and assess potential candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and database searches.
  • Candidate Evaluation : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
  • Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform search strategies and recommendations.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management : Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment.
  • Relationship Management : Provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other internal stakeholders to share insights, best practices, and resources, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or related fields, with a track record of success in identifying and recruiting higher-level talent.
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
  • An established book of business with a demonstrated ability to generate consistent revenue through existing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and other relevant tools.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Full-desk experience (Ability to work with both business development and source candidates) is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience working virtually, remotely, or from a home office.
  • Must be a self-starter and be very self-directed.
  • Have previously produced a minimum of $200K in annual production in 12 months, desiring more production.
  • Professional, extremely ethical, and a strong team player.
  • An unparalleled eye for great clients and a strong understanding of the differences in knowledge and expertise among industry experts at the tops of their fields and everyone else.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well with individuals across all functions.
  • Familiarity with social networks, LinkedIn, professional sites, and resume databases.

  • Compensation Structure :

    This position operates solely on a commission basis. Our starting commission structure is exceptional, commencing at 65% with an average placement fee of $30,000.
