Employment Litigation Attorney

The Work Justice Firm is looking for a litigation attorney to join our firm’s employment practice. This is a great opportunity to grow with an expanding plaintiff firm. Arbitration and trial experience preferred.

Requirements :

• active CA bar license;
• experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;
• ability to manage a large caseload;
• ability to handle cases independently;
• effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
• strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
• strong academic credentials

Salary : $125K-$225K (DOE)
