To amplify our impact in advocacy, we are seeking an enthusiastic Campaign Communications Manager. This role is vital to our external-facing team, helping to lead initiatives that support our clients effectively. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development and execution of The Worker Agency's goals and client services. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, messaging, media outreach, and organizational tasks to bolster our client engagements.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating, launching, and executing client campaigns.
- Gain a deep understanding of assigned clients' history and culture, keeping informed on relevant news cycles to tailor approaches for each client and their audiences.
- Establish and nurture relationships with reporters covering relevant beats for the clients you serve.
- Manage various clients' social media platforms by producing compelling content that effectively amplifies their messages and goals.
- Introduce and implement best practices within client accounts to enhance client outcomes.
- Write a variety of communications including op-eds, pitches, statements, social media posts, briefing notes, and messaging materials.
- Secure placements for pitches and op-eds and maintain updated media lists.
- Promote awareness of The Worker Agency's mission, operations, and recruitment needs, strengthening relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Propose processes and practices that foster a positive company culture and drive impact towards our vision of becoming the leading advocacy agency in the United States.
- Participate in team meetings, retreats, and various company events.
- Undertake administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
