Join a leader in music and brand merchandising space is looking for a full time Apparel Production Coordinator. We specialize in creating high-quality merchandise for top artists and brands, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our supply chain operations.
About the Role
As the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our production process. You will be responsible for overseeing order procurement, managing vendor relations, and tracking production timelines to ensure timely deliveries. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you’ll help maintain efficiency and quality standards across all e-commerce merchandise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement process by managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee production timelines to ensure products are delivered on schedule while meeting quality expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors , resolving any issues related to delays, pricing, or production quality.
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, marketing, and logistics, to align production schedules with campaign timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning for e-commerce merchandise.
- Ensure all products meet brand guidelines and quality control standards before reaching customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production or fulfillment issues , using strong problem-solving skills to mitigate risks.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics Navision (preferred) and other tools to track orders, manage production data, and generate reports.
