The AGM role involves assisting the GM with the following:
- Maintaining exceptional levels of luxury residential hospitality.
- Maintaining high staff accountability.
- Managing resident relations, answering inquiries, and coordinating the resolution of any issues with the utmost professionalism.
- Project management.
- Inventory management.
- Overseeing facility staffing schedules.
- Staff training and development.
- Vendor communications.
