Full-time position available at a health care publishing company to manage two professional journals.
The position involves overseeing peer review, pre-production, production, and post-production / posting of content according to the production schedule, working with section editors to meet deadlines, managing editorial boards and virtual board meetings, and some social media posting. Will provide daily supervision for an Associate Editor. Excellent copyediting, proofreading, and InDesign page layout skills required.
Candidate must be professional and customer-focused, self-motivated, deadline- and detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in publishing, preferably related to health care or academia.
The annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.
Effective March 3, 2025, employees living within a 50-mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location. Selected employee will work remotely three days per week.
