Job Responsibilities: As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring the safety of all swimmers during lessons, and enforcing pool rules. You will also be responsible for assisting the Swim Director or other assigned associate with administrative tasks, preparing the program/service area with necessary equipment, and actively engaging, orienting, and assisting all participants when not actively teaching. Additionally, you will promote a culture of respect, kindness, and dignity in all interactions and maintain a professional image at all times.
