- Developing and delivering effective swim lessons based on YMCA guidelines
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and equipment management
- Helping to promote the Y Swimming Lessons program
Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified candidate with:
- Previous experience in teaching or lifeguarding
- Current certifications in CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid
- A flexible schedule to accommodate varying class times
