Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer , you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through The Yard Gym programming and culture. We are looking for those who are sold out to help people and themselves. This is not a part time mindset position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to understand members' goals and fitness levels
- Internalize The Yard Gyms Standards
- Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Motivate and support clients to help them stay committed to their fitness journey
- Educate members on the importance of nutrition and overall wellness
Requirements
- Certification in personal training or a related field
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics
- Experience in fitness sales is a plus
- Background in group classes and extensive in fixing members' movments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Loves being part of team and works well with our teams
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.77 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week
Experience:
- Group and Personal training: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- AED Certification (Required)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $25 - $35
