The Customer Experience Manager helps supervise a store’s staff and operations. They work with the management team to ensure we provide a great experience to all of our customers. They will assist in completing tasks, manage personnel and training, and company initiatives from upper management and ownership. They will continue to improve collaboration with the team to provide a welcoming, positive, and efficient experience to customers. This position will engage with others to create and improve networking and marketing opportunities.

Customer Experience Manager Duties

  • Manage and operate store when in the role of Manager on Duty.
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
  • Supervise and help train staff
  • Conduct store inventory and submit as required
  • Dependability and showing up to work on time
  • Able to lead staff in properly cleaning by example
  • Comfortable being interviewed and on various media like TV and socials
  • Able to work with management team using web tools likes Canva

Job Requirements

  • Standing and walking for long periods of time
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and pulling items up to 30lbs
  • Assist in inventories as needed
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with staff, other Managers, and Ownership
  • Must feel comfortable being on television or social media
  • Must be personable, friendly, and presentable
  • Understands how to conduct business development operations
  • Able to plan and coordinate catering or other special events

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation

Training pay will be $17/ hr

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 – 22 per week
