Manager

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced and FUN growing company! The ideal candidate would be hard-working, self-motivated and have a high energy to join our staff a Manager of The Yard Milkshake Bar in Panama City. We're even located inside Pier Park!

This position requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. The General Manager must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to work all shifts. We are considering all experienced Restaurant managers for this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations under the guidance of the our corporate office
• Prioritize completing task
• Ensure consistency within training and food presentation -our customers love sharing our awesome milkshake creations on social media!
• Ensure excellent customer experience, while also having the ability to handle any customer issues accordingly and calmly to ensure a quick resolution.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• At least one year of manager experience in a fast-paced environment
• Stress management/composure
• Time management skills
• Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• If you're Manager Level Food Safe certified, that is a great bonus too!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
