Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Staff Member to join our team. Our Front Desk Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with check-in
- Handle reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about classes, workshops, and upcoming events
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized studio including bi-weekly cleaning
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with technology, specifically MindBody is an advantage
-Social Media Expeirence is an advantage
