What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Camp Lead Counselor - Camp Y-Noah position at THE YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF AKRON OHIO?
The Resident Camp Lead Counselor will work alongside another Resident Camp Lead Counselor and the Summer Camp director to ensure quality Overnight Camp programming. This position is a Support Staff position, which will require excellent communication skills, creativity, problem solving, and leadership skills.
