Job Description
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Maintain general supervision of residents and related activities at all times to ensure cohesiveness among all residents
- Assist in preparation of meals and snacks, as prepared by third shift personnel.
- Instruct and guide residents in basic living skills such as personal hygiene, proper attire, eating habits, care of clothing, money management, dealing with structured and unstructured time, completion of all personal and household chores
- Assist residents in coping with out of home placement (i.e. addressing separation issues)
- Attend weekly staff meeting
- Assist in implementation of individualized treatment program per therapist’s instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide appropriate disciplines as needed for infractions of immediate nature or as necessitated
- Supervise residents and document room check log every 10 minutes starting at residents bed times
- Safely drive 15 passenger van and other agency vehicles

Job Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license and insurable.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift, 4:00pm – 11:30pm
Salary
$14.00 – $16.00 per hour
