As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your responsibilities will include generating quotations for customer applications, presenting and explaining insurance coverages, and analyzing insureds' current policies to counsel on coverage needs.
- Gather necessary information to generate quotations for customer application submissions.
- Present and explain insurance coverages to customers.
- Analyze insureds' current policies and counsel coverages when needed.
- Interface with carrier representatives and customers in order to ensure that all parties receive necessary information in a complete and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Pennsylvania P&C License required (Resident or Non-Resident)
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of personal lines insurance sales and/or account management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations procedures and applicable insurance laws/codes.
- Proficiency with AMS360 and ImageRight highly desired; may consider experience with other agency management systems.
