Duties
- Manage bank reconciliations and financial report writing
- Utilize Xero software for accounting tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge of financial concepts and GAAP
- Perform journal entries and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices
- Assist in budgeting processes
- Handle accounts receivable duties
- Support clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or related roles
- Proficiency in Xero software preferred
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and GAAP principles
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and financial report writing
- Knowledge of governmental accounting practices is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
