We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take our paid media strategy to the next level. If you thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment, have a sharp analytical mindset, and love scaling performance-driven campaigns, this role is for you.
- Develop & Execute Paid Media Strategies – Drive sales and maximize ROAS through high-performing campaigns.
- Manage Ad Campaigns Across Multiple Platforms – Own Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with a secondary focus on TikTok and Amazon.
- Optimize Performance Daily – Analyze key KPIs, adjust bids, refine targeting, and maximize efficiency.
- A/B Test Relentlessly – Experiment with creatives, copy, and audience segments to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Innovate & Scale – Implement new media buying techniques, funnel optimizations, and scaling strategies to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with Creatives – Work closely with the content team to develop high-converting ad concepts based on data-driven insights.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with industry updates, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Manage Budgets Strategically – Ensure ad spend is allocated effectively to maximize profitability.
- Report & Recommend – Deliver performance insights to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations based on data.
- 3 years of media buying experience with a proven track record in performance-based online advertising.
- Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); experience with TikTok or Amazon adst is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills – Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize for maximum ROAS.
- DTC & eCommerce experience – Understanding of how to drive conversions through paid ads.
- Creative & Strategic Mindset – Ability to influence ad creative and messaging to improve performance.
- Hands-on Testing & Scaling – Experience optimizing and scaling media buying strategies.
- Adaptability & Agility – Willing to monitor and adjust campaigns in real time, including outside traditional hours.
- Deep Funnel Understanding – Knowledge of the full customer journey and how each touchpoint impacts conversion.
- Budget Management Skills – Capable of managing multiple campaigns and ensuring spend efficiency.
