Under supervision from the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports company growth by securing top-tier talent while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience. This position is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies to fill high-level and specialized positions. The specialist will use discretion and independent judgment to actively attract qualified candidates and conduct pre-screening interviews to identify the best candidates for leadership and management roles. This role involves responsibility and ownership over the targeted openings' quality, cost, and delivery. The Talent Acquisition role requires close collaboration with our recruitment team to schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage recruitment data. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, making sure they receive timely updates and information.
Major Tasks, Accountabilities, and Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the specific requirements for each specialized position and fill the role with motivated and experienced individuals.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.
- Suggest enhancements to the organization's online presence to attract diverse candidates.
- Advertise job openings through various channels, including job boards, career fairs, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and community outreach.
- Conduct cold calls to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit within the organization.
- Manage recruiting processes to ensure alignment with the company's culture and values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each position and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate win/win compensation packages with candidates to attract top talent in the US and Germany.
- Support the company's succession planning initiatives for high-potential employees and establish a pipeline of potential candidates for future leadership roles.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and guidelines relative to departmental operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting high-level employees.
- Successful interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Strong sales skills that can effectively engage long-term successful candidates.
- Education in recruiting processes, a bachelors degree in a related field
- Knowledge of talent management strategies and succession planning is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for successful collaboration with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and German.

Schedule:
- Full Time, in-office (Chandler Blvd. and I-10 area), and hybrid remote.
- Short-term project with the possibility of extension.
- Day shift
- Monday to Thursday (5:30 am 4:00 pm) schedule to be determined at hire.
- Off on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, most of the time.
Compensation: The base salary range is $73,000-$83,000 DOE with a bonus for successful hires up to $115,000 annually.
Performance Bonuses: Various performance measures determine these factors, including acceptable performance in all job responsibilities, cost per hire, time to fill positions, quality of hire, and the retention of hires, which is evaluated incrementally up to 18 months. New employees undergo performance reviews every 30 days, 90 days, and annually.
Environment / Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee will work in a multi-occupied open office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The position involves typing, sitting, talking, and, hearing throughout the 8-10-hour shift.
Physical Demands listed are the requirements that an employee must meet to effectively perform the essential functions of this job. This position is primarily sedentary; however, some filing tasks are required. These tasks involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing on a stepladder or climbing stairs as needed. Furthermore, the position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. Some local travel may also be necessary.
