Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Oversight of accounts payable including reviewing, training, and fielding questions
Finding and reconciling discrepancies
Complete journal entries, including monthly recurring. Review journal entries completed by staff
Act as a back up to staff responsible for payroll and purchasing
Accounts Receivable
Oversight of accounts receivable including reviewing, training, and fielding questions
Prepare and process invoices for grants and contracts, track progress
Entry and maintenance of billable services
Financial Auditing and Reporting/Other
Post transactions/disbursements to the general ledger
Act as agency liaison for banking
Work with staff and management to develop and implement new procedures
Create agency preliminary financial statements
Create contract and grant budget to actuals
Create and run financial reports for managers including the development of dashboards as requested
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Communicate with staff/managers to ensure compliance with grant/contract budgets and fiscal requirements
Assist in preparing supporting documents for the annual audits with CPA and funders
Conduct internal audit of pre-paid financial assistance cards, 340b, and Athena billing
Managing fixed assets
Special projects and other duties as assigned
