Grill Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of grill’s everyday operations
- Maintain standards of state compliance
- Food inventory/purchasing
- Employee management
This is a full-time, 5-day a week position (including weekends). Hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Requirements:
- Experience Preferred
- Able to work weekends
- Willing to work overtime if short staffed
- Have grill cooking experience
- Must work as a grill cook when needed
- Food prep
- Must have own transportation
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- A valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- High school or equivalent level education
