Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our clients while managing front desk operations efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Check-in and check-out clients efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointments, including modifications and cancellations, using our booking software.
- Provide information about services and add-ons to enhance client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts and transactions.
- End of shift reporting as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when responding to calls or inquiries from potential clients.
- Ensure space is clean for the best client experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing excellent client services.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with spa management systems is a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $13.59 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
