Our client, a National Insurance carrier, is looking to hire a new Director of Claims to their staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in field adjusting and claims management . This is a full-time staff position that offers generous benefits, PTO and vacation time.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of Claims Management experience
- Experience with CAT event claims handling and large-scale deployment of adjusters
- Experience with relationship-building, sales, and networking skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Must be able to work in-office
- Direct Carrier / Staff experience
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
