Overview of Primary Duties:
TheBest Claims Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team working out of our National Headquarters located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time position working directly for our organization.
In this role, you are responsible for identifying, interviewing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for open claims positions with internal & external clients.
Job Duties:
· Conduct job specific interviews and present opportunities to candidates
· Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment
· Communicate with peers by sharing Recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation in SalesForce or other CRM tools
· Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, identify candidate referrals and to create future business opportunities by obtaining sales leads
Job Requirements:
· Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Superior oral and written communication skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to be resourceful utilizing internet and other research methods
· Be familiar with Mac OS operating system (or similar application)
· Have a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and be capable of regularly using independent judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
· Ability to sit at a computer and keyboard for extended periods of time
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be available to work weekends & holidays during Catastrophe Season, if needed (June to November)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in business or a related field
Call center experience
Salesforce CRM experience
