CSR - Customer Service Representative

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our office systems.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
• Provide support in multiple languages as needed, ensuring clear communication with all clients.
• Work closely with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.70 - $22.23 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 54 per week
