We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, correspondence, and office organization.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with calendar management and basic accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
