Description
You Are :
An experienced Lighting Designer that has specialized in luxury residential. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client and project team interaction. You love painting a space with light, passionate about the creation of spaces that enhance the lives of clients, and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.
You Have :
Experience with Lighting Design software (DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance) and architectural drafting software (CAD & Revit). Knowledge of lighting control systems like Lutron QSX. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Fixture & Driver Spec : Selection, Maintenance, Distribution
Product Details : Ensure selections meet the needs of the client
Site Visits / Walks : Attend, take notes, modify project as needed
Scene Creation : Determine levels across loads to achieve "Wow!"
Button Engravings : Suggest, review, align to a great user experience
Aiming / Tuning : Highlight art, architectural features, and finishes
Night Tuning : Visit sites and set levels for optimal effect
Proficiency with Lighting Design Software : DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance
Daily Use Architectural Software : CAD & Revit
Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects
