The VPHR is critical in helping the organization realize its potential. The VPHR is an executor, delivering on results needed to advance ThedaCare’s mission and vision, a catalyst for change, and critical in advancing HR, enhancing workforce development, total rewards, retention, and engagement, and aligning HR in a strategic way with operations leadership. It is imperative that this leader advance the Human Capital Strategy. In coordination with the CHRO, this position is pivotal in operationalizing the HR strategy in HR and the organization. The preferred candidate's experience: Professional experience as a top leader in an organization with more than 5K employees The previous ten years of professional leadership experience is required, and resumes will need to demonstrate upward mobility Prior experience in leadership outside of HR will count toward ten years of experience Full cycle HR experience from talent to total rewards with union experience preferred Master's Degree required; Master's in Business Administration preferred PHR/SPHR strongly preferred IPMA-CP strongly preferred Exceptional Excel and other computer skills Must be able to lead through influencing at all levels, with executive presence.
