The Human Resources Generalist at theLender will be responsible for providing HR support to our employees and leadership team. This includes developing and implementing HR programs, providing employee relations support, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee feedback.
- Assist with regulatory audits and ensure HR practices adhere to applicable industry standards.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on performance management and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
