Qualifications :
3 years of experience in component-level repair of machinery.
Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of associated parts.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Manual machining experience with lathe, mill, etc., is a strong plus.
Job Duties :
Learn repair techniques under the supervision of a senior technician.
Disassemble and clean parts.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components.
Compile Bill of Materials (BOM) for necessary repairs.
Provide reports on "as-found" and "as-built" conditions.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failures and collaborate with the engineering team when needed.
Follow established policies and procedures for equipment repair and shop workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the evaluation and rebuild process.
Assist with pickup and delivery of customer equipment as needed.
Requirements :
Proven experience of 3 years as a maintenance mechanic.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, BOMs, and technical drawings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
