This role will play a significant contributor to overall park performance, consistently engaging with corporate leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives that drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Maximize retail revenues through premium inventory utilization, creative concepts, and quality services.
- Leadership: Direct staffing, training, development, corrective action, and sales motivation. Oversee scheduling and placement of direct reports.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, processes, and SOPs to support the company's long-term business objectives for continued revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Direct oversight of department P&L, implementing revenue accountability and programs to exceed budget targets. Develop and control operating and labor expense budgets.
- Event Planning: Oversee consumer event planning in coordination with park and corporate leadership.
