Role: Depot Manager
Location: Moline, IL(Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Depot Management/Config Center operations.
- Expertise in Life Cycle Management of IT devices (laptops, desktops, AV devices, smart devices, etc.).
- Proficiency in Digital Workplace (DWP) tools such as O365, Intune, Asset Management, Configuration Management, and SCCM.
- Working knowledge of IT service management tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft SCCM.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle break/fix scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an office environment.
- A proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation.
