Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a minimum of 15 years in a relevant engineering discipline to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field and possess strong technical, management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams, oversee project execution, and ensure projects meet goals.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while developing team members and fostering a positive work environment.
Engage in research and development, product improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Guide and mentor teams, providing support, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Document development processes, code changes, and other technical information.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a relevant engineering discipline.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
