Theo is a fast-growing performance media agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon. We help local and national brands across a wide range of industries advance their marketing practices through methodical, creative, and technology-driven marketing activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client accounts and develop strong client relationships built around proactive insight sharing, project management and scope management.
- Take ownership of client relationships—act as the main point of contact, respond in a timely fashion and ensure clients are aware of relevant project updates.
- Manage client satisfaction with account leads and agency partners. Identify any potential issues and ensure expectations are clear, realistic, and communicated.
- Lead weekly client status meetings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the agency; communicate client expectations and make sure they are defined and documented to internal teams.
- Understand agency services and key responsibilities for each cross-functional team member.
- Lead internal team huddles to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met and ensure client deliverables are tracked in agency PM software. Oversee all existing project deliverables.
- Work with internal teams to create and manage campaign timelines with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Understand client business and marketing objectives and ensure the client's needs and requirements are represented during strategy and planning formation.
- Work with Analyst and Digital Media teams to keep track of high-level performance insights and ensure the client is made aware of the goal and budget pacing highlights/issues.
- Collaborate with media, UX, SEO, content and analytics teams to develop a data-driven strategy to help clients meet their business objectives.
- Understand and manage client scope and billing process.
- Work with agency leadership to scope new projects, create project/campaign briefs and put together client proposals.
- 2-4 years of professional, account management experience in a marketing-related industry, preferably at an agency.
- Ability to understand the dynamics of a client's business and the sector in which it operates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strategic, problem-solving and the ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Management experience is a plus
- Ability to interface with c-suite and executive clients
