We are looking for a person who has been a family or professional caregiver for a unique customer service position in healthcare technology. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position, who enjoys technology, and likes to work with older customers.
About Us : Our company is a Healthcare Tech Company that uses technology to help hospitals and caregivers with the tools to make their job easier. We have a state-of-the-art watch for dementia clients and / or autistic children that tend to wander. Our customers call in and need technical help, assistance in setting up the watch, help with their accounts and even just a friendly ear to understand how difficult their situations are. There is no selling and no cold calls, just incoming customer calls.
About You : You have a patient personality and a real desire to help people. An understanding of caregiving, dementia and the elderly is required. Also needed are :
- Some computer skills, working on business applications and a basic understanding of smartphones.
- Ability to work remotely from home with your OWN laptop or computer on high speed internet AND your OWN cell phone (NO SHARED PHONES) .
- You are self-motivated, accountable, have a good work ethic and are able to work independently.
- You will be answering live calls during your work hours, so you will need a quiet place to work and be professional.
About the Position : The shift available is for 2 days a week : Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm. You must be able to do both days. We will train you and work side by side until you are comfortable to work solo. This is a remote position after training is complete. Starting hourly rate is $18.00 per hour and will be increased upon successful completion of training and after 60 days to $20.00 per hour. We pay weekly and by direct deposit. We do not pay cash. The company is growing and there is room for opportunities in other areas of the company. We also have extra hours available in our Production Dept. boxing the watches to ship.
