* Diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and chronic conditions
* Collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives and programs
* Utilizing electronic health record systems and other medical tools to document patient information
Requirements:
* Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* 2 years of experience as a Medical Director in a post-acute care setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
