Job Description:
Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a Project Manager to support their Sign Division team. The PM will work closely with production and installation teams to organize projects, coordinate resources, and serve as a liaison between the client and company leadership to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:

Detailed Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Define project scope with senior management and client, including site meetings and surveys
- Create detailed work plans outlining all activities
- Identify necessary resources (time, money, equipment, etc.)
- Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Review schedules with senior management and staff; revise as needed
- Set project objectives and define success metrics
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and meet quality standards
- Evaluate project outcomes per defined objectives
- Coordinate workflow between project management and production
- Perform data entry and updates in QuickBooks, SharePoint, and other systems
- Download bid documents and produce signage packages
- Conduct vendor and subcontractor research
- Manage projects for both new and repeat clients
- Register new projects in Master Log and assign job numbers
- Add project folders to server using standard folder hierarchy
- Set up initial job folders (hardcopy) using templates
- Create Design & Development (D&D) requests for Art Department
- Create estimate requests and coordinate with estimating team
- Outsource labor and materials when necessary
- Communicate with on-site staff and subcontractors for field work execution
- Prepare and send proposals to clients
- Manage receipt of purchase orders or signed proposals to initiate work
- Create fabrication work orders for shop staff
- Create installation work orders for install team
- Submit invoice requests to accounting for client billing
- Receive completed work orders and update server folders accordingly
- Maintain organized project folders for each job
- Manage document control for the entire project lifecycle
- Problem-solve issues that arise during the project
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations
- Prepare documentation and close out projects
