Overview
The Applications & Business Development Architect will be responsible for applications, technical support, product demonstrations in addition to designing and commissioning Theory Audio Design and Pro Audio Technology systems. This role requires an experienced audio professional who has a proven track record of success across multiple audio disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and project management skills, along with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors. This position involves travel and working in unique environments.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee demonstrations, education and training at our Southern California Experience Center, trade shows and events, all phases of system design, from initial design concept through commissioning with customers, consultants & architects.
- Local (Orange County, California) residency is highly desirable.
- Business Development – foster customers, consultants, and architects’ relationships to enhance business growth opportunities across all market segments.
- Advise & oversee the installation of Residential and Light Commercial AV systems.
- Pre & Post Sales coordinate with stake holders to ensure systems are calibrated and commissioned to meet client requirements and our high standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including proposals, system designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and collateral materials.
- Provide training and support to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies on all job sites.
- Travel locally & internationally to oversee projects, attend trade shows & events which may include working during weekends, and holidays.
