Summary
Modern Infusions, a division of Theory Wellness, is seeking a Brand Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and executing a broad range of marketing initiatives to support the growth of Modern Infusions products, including Hi5. This role includes managing marketing collateral, coordinating email campaigns, leading digital and in-store campaigns, and supporting product launches. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with the creative team, ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, and maintain a strong presence on social media. Additionally, the role will involve supporting referral and brand ambassador programs, managing website content, and working with the General Manager and Sales Representatives to optimize in-store displays and collateral. Strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure smooth execution and alignment across all initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collateral Organization & Ordering – Oversee Hi5’s marketing materials, including sales sheets, POS assets, and promotional items. Manage printing, ordering, and distribution to sales teams and retail partners. Track design revisions and note compliance deliverables per sku per state
- Project Management – Track and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Communicate project updates, changes, and progress to internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed
- Email Marketing – Develop, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in collaboration with the creative team to ensure engaging design and messaging. Work closely with the Theory project manager to identify priorities, manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze performance for optimization
- Campaign Management – Lead the execution of digital and in-store marketing campaigns and activations. Coordinate assets, approvals, and timelines to ensure successful rollouts. Analyze campaign data and provide insights for improvement
- Social Media Management – Manage and create content for Hi5 Hemp’s social media platforms. Develop a content calendar, engage with followers, and track performance to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Referral/Brand Ambassador Programs – Support the creation and execution of referral and brand ambassador programs to increase customer loyalty, brand awareness, and advocacy. Coordinate with ambassadors to ensure alignment with brand goals and messaging
- Website Maintenance – Manage website content updates, product listings, and landing pages. Work with developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and enhance user experience
- Product Launch Support – Assist in the launch initiatives of new Hi5 hemp products, coordinating marketing efforts, collateral, and campaign strategies to ensure successful product introductions and market penetration
- Travel – Meet bimonthly in person with the Marketing Team; routinely meet with the General Manager and regional Sales Representatives to evaluate store displays and collateral for optimizations

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Familiarity with CPG, beverage, or hemp industries
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with email marketing platforms, website CMS tools, and project management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product lifecycle management
- Understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms for DTC sales
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Experience working in a remote team environment
