About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Hallock, Minnesota. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, working closely with our staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from adults to geriatrics, and provide individualized care to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota Physical Therapist License
- AHA/ARC - CPR/BLS Card
