Job Description :
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR functions for our growing USA team. This role will provide hands-on HR support, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing best practices to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the USA team, supporting day-to-day HR operations.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Oversee New Jersey Office / facilities management including coordination of high-level meetings such as c-level, board meetings, trainings, etc.
- Management of vendor relations including fleet management, IT management, etc.
- Assist with select administrative needs including contract management and licensing needs such as FDA renewal(s)
- Collaborate with the global HR team to align HR practices and policies across locations.
- Support cross-border HR initiatives, including welfare, talent management, and cultural integration.
