Job and Responsibilities
This is a full-time in-person role for a School Psychologist located in Waltham, MA.
The School Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling and mental health support to students, collaborating with school staff and parents, and implementing intervention strategies. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, writing reports, and monitoring students' progress.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology (MA/MS, CAGS, Ph.D., Psy.D. or Ed.D. in psychology)
- NASP License (preferred but not required)
- State License as a School Psychologist and Department of Education (when required)
- 2 years of experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of Counseling and Psychological Assessment
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Knowledge and experience with students who have autism spectrum disorders and various mental health challenges (e.g., anxiety, OCD, DMDD, or ADHD, etc.)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents while demonstrating a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
