Job Description and Responsibilities
This is full-time, in-person role as Speech and Language Pathologist Assisstant serving a school district located in Versailles, MO. The Speech and Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders. The role also includes participating in IEP meetings, writing reports, case management duties, supervising SLPAs and monitoring students' progress.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Certificate as a SLPA
- Licensure (State) as a SLPA
- Experience working with children required
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

Physical Requirements
If applicable, working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities.
