Job Title: Medicaid Specialist - Family Liaison (Temporary) - Spanish Speaking
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Temporary (2-3 weeks)
Compensation: $17/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM
Are you an experienced Medicaid specialist or parent/patient with a passion for helping clients navigate their coverage needs? Do you speak Spanish fluently and want to use your skills in a dynamic, client-facing role? We are currently seeking a bilingual Medicaid Specialist/Family Liaison to join our team on a temporary basis! As a family liaison, you will assist our patients and their families access their OHCA portal to ensure eligibility during the renew process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with accessing their Medicaid portals to check for coverage alerts.
- Process renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Data gathering for past renewal dates.
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain insurance terms to clients in an understandable way.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
