Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Administrator with a strong background in both ERP and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting.Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise in Workday Financials to optimize system usage with strong understanding of Workday configuration, security, business processes, and reporting.
- Configure and maintain Workday Financial modules, ensuring seamless processes and functionality
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday reporting and analytics tools.
- Utilize Workday integration tools and technologies to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing business priorities.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Accounting and Financial processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and all levels of management.
- Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred.
- Experience with Workday configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization preferred.
- Knowledge of finance-related compliance requirements and regulations preferred.
- Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday preferred.
- Master’s degree in a technology-specific field or equivalent job-related experience preferred.
