We have a wonderful Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) opportunity at one of our partner School Districts in Issaquah , Washington . This position is in-person and full time.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavior support to students, focusing on reinforcing positive behaviors and skill acquisition.Collaborate with school staff and BCBAs to monitor and track student progress, documenting data and maintaining detailed records in accordance with school and district policies.Support classroom environments by modeling and teaching behavioral strategies to teachers and staff.Participate in crisis intervention efforts, including de-escalation strategies, and assist in managing challenging behaviors.Contribute to the delivery of services outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring alignment with behavioral goals.Communicate regularly with school teams and, when appropriate, with families to support the generalization of skills across environments.Participate in professional development opportunities and supervision sessions to enhance knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices.Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Experience working with children or adolescents in a school, clinical, or similar setting (preferred).Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior support strategies.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and maintain professionalism in various situations.Why Choose TSCO ?
