Salary : About this role :
The VP of Strategic Growth is responsible for driving the organization's sales growth and performance by managing Division Managers, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals. This role is critical in maximizing annual revenue growth, gross margin, and expanding the customer base through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service. By filling this role, the VP of Strategic Growth will play a pivotal part in driving the company's growth strategy, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring the organization remains competitive in the market. This role will report to the President and CEO.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Leadership and Team Management :
- Positively motivate, train, and assist the Account teams to attain personal and company goals.
- Ensure Division Managers are aligned with and working towards achieving team performance expectations.
- Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the Account teams of the organization.
Strategic Sales Planning :
Develop and implement strategies with Leadership to maximize annual revenue growth and gross margin goals, aligning with TSI's vision for growth.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Gross Margin (GM), Billable Hours, Revenue, Account Performance, Recruitment, Client & Therapist Contract Approval, and RFP ApprovalCollaboration with Executive Leadership :
Work closely with the CEO and President to analyze metrics and measurements to maximize productivity for the Account teams.Contribute to the development of overall business strategies and growth initiatives.Sales and Business Development :
Promote therapy staffing services, both in-person and through TheraWeb, to educational markets to establish new business opportunities.Penetrate underdeveloped accounts to grow revenue significantly.Cross-sell and upsell within accounts by diversifying disciplines and promoting all product lines.Customer Service and Retention :
Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and territory.Provide and promote exceptional customer service that enhances client and therapist satisfaction and retention. Align the TEAMs to Therapy Sources value of FCE (Frictionless Customer Service).Market Intelligence and Competitiveness :
Gather data for market awareness to enhance industry knowledge and remain competitive.Attend tradeshows and industry events as needed to stay informed about market trends.Attend and initiate customer visits with the Account Teams.QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of a Bachelors degree.10 years experience in the sales and / or recruiting environment preferred.5 years positive experience of managing personnel.Knowledge of Special Education and healthcare is a plus.Detail-oriented and customer- focused sales approach.Proven history of successful sales experiencesMotivated by results and financial opportunities.Team player with a self-motivated attitude and strong work ethicExcellent organization, time management and critical thinking skillsFully proficient in Microsoft softwareExperience in Bullhorn, Monday.com and other staffing software is a PLUS.remote work
