About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cabarrus County, NC. This role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload in our clinic, homes, and daycare settings .
What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for children with developmental, sensory, or motor challenges.
- Provide engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions to support fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and play skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Educate families on therapeutic activities and strategies to implement at home.
