About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cabarrus County, NC. This role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload in our clinic, homes, and daycare settings .

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for children with developmental, sensory, or motor challenges.
  • Provide engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions to support fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and play skills.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Educate families on therapeutic activities and strategies to implement at home.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina.
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are welcome to apply!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
