Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Behavior Coach who is committed to supporting children and adolescents in their journey toward positive behavioral change. In this role, you will meet with clients in their homes to provide behavior coaching, implement strategies, and foster personal growth. This position offers an opportunity to make a real difference while working directly with families in their own environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sessions with children and/or adolescents to assess behavior and implement tailored behavior modification strategies.
- Create individualized plans to encourage positive behavior and personal growth.
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes self-confidence, self-control, and overall well-being.
- Track progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure effective results.
- Maintain clear communication with families to discuss progress, goals, and any challenges.
- Document session outcomes and maintain accurate records of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Background in social work or related fields is a plus.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a behavioral or coaching setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation to meet clients in their home environments.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to behavior coaching.
