This position can be fast paced at times and attention to detail is mandatory. Skills include: MUST have a working knowledge of Google Sheets, exceptional customer service and phone etiquette, ability to work independently and with a team, strong computer skills and accurately maintain medical records.
This position will work Monday thru Thursday, approximately 20 to 28 hours (Four 5 to 7 hour days) hours/week. We want that "right person" to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of our clients. OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Provides receptionist support to the outpatient therapy clinic, under the general direction of the Operations Director. Primarily provides customer service and performs administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greeting patients, scheduling, answering incoming phone calls, welcome visitors
- Post information on our EHR, and be proficient with our software systems
- Paperwork, scanning and faxing
- Light janitorial duties daily
- Other duties as assigned or desired
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge:
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Experience with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Excellent organization skills a must
- Excellent computer skills and keyboard by touch
- Ability to read, speak and write English fluently and articulately; use correct grammar
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Exercise high degree of integrity and commitment to the practice
